Richie “The Lionheart” Spagnolo

 

Born into a martial arts family with the moto Knocked down seven times stand up eight. With his first Muay Thai fight at the age of eight (2008) and winning the South African championship at the age of eleven. He is currently fighting in the Eclipse fighting league thriving to get his pro status.

Richie is an excellent all rounder sportsman.  He played Gauteng-cricket and was an u/11 Golden Lion Rugby player. Richie is very focussed and everything he does he does to win. As a personal trainer he doesn’t just specify in just fighting but he also focus on all the different muscle groups to improve strength and mobility.  Richie will help you to be the best you can be.
