Coach Lallie
I'm Danielle Spagnolo, I have experimented with many different training styles throughout the years and found a love for low- intensity, yoga, pilates focused training.
​
I focus on foundation building and development of the entire body. My classes consist of body weight movements and mobility exercises to ensure flexibility, mobility and strength.
​
In my experience these types of exercises helped me to recover from a knee injury, increased my flexibility and movement and have gained more upper body, hip and core strength. Along with gaining more confidence and competence in my body.
