Kru David Spagnolo
David, driven by the motto "knock down seven times, stand up eight," has been actively engaged in martial arts and combat sports since 1974. Initially starting with Shotokan karate, he later embraced the Goju-Ryu style under the tutelage of Shihan Stuart Booth, a highly influential instructor who significantly shaped David's teaching abilities. Holding a third-dan certification in Goju-Ryu, David successfully managed the Goju-Ryu Ken Wa Kai dojo in Randburg.
However, his journey extended beyond karate as his fervor for combat sports led him to discover Muay Thai, an ancient martial art. Training under Kru Madini, David excelled in Muay Thai, earning certifications such as SAAMF/IFMA Licenced MuayThai instructor and Referee, alongside prestigious international acknowledgments including the IGLA khan 9 grading in South Africa, recognition by the World Muaythai Council, and the International Federation of Muaythai Associations.

Junior classes
Under 16 year old, R400.00 per month with a R200.00 joining fee. Unlimited training sessions from Monday to Saturday.
Senior Classes
R550.00 per month with a R200.00 joining fee. Unlimited training sessions from Monday to Saturday.
Classes consist of fitness and endurance training. Technique training with bag and pad work.
